 
Application: It is suitable for transporting strong corrosive
media such as food, medicine, solvent, chemical, acid and
alkali with high food grade requirements.
Inner Layer 1: white or black UHMW-PE ultra-high
molecular weight polyethylene. Black UPE static conductive
tube, resistance ＆#118alue <1x102 Reinforcement
Enhancement layer: 2 layers of high-strength cord fabric +
spiral steel wire. Coiled wires are available for electrostatic
discharge.
Protection: Blue anti-aging food grade EPDM
Surface: Blue fabric.
Working Pressure: W.P16~20bar;
Negative Pressure: -0.9bar (90KPa/900mbar)
Applicable Temperature: -40to100C.
Concentrated acid is limited to 60C!
It can be sanitized and cleaned in 30 minutes with steam at a
maximum temperature of 130 C. |
